We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team in food manufacturing industry. This role is perfect for someone who has a passion for food manufacturing and is eager to develop and manage relationships with established as well as new customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with our clients, while also identifying new business opportunities. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in inside sales, preferably within the food manufacturing industry.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area or business segment.
2. Conduct market research to understand emerging trends in the food manufacturing industry and identify potential areas for expansion.
3. Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers while also identifying and acquiring new customers.
4. Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts to the management team.
5. Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.
6. Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs.
7. Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
8. Liaise with the marketing department to set up and implement promotional activities or campaigns.
9. Regularly review sales data and reports to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in inside sales, preferably within the food manufacturing industry.
2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong understanding of the food manufacturing industry and its latest trends.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales applications.
7. Exceptional customer service skills.
8. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
9. Ability to handle high-stress situations and maintain a high level of professionalism.
10. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
