About the Job
Country Land Group is looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to be the first point of contact for landowners and help lead them through our proven sales process to a signed contract. As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll engage directly with landowners, initiate conversations, and guide them through our sales process. Your primary responsibility will be to close deals efficiently using your sales closing skills, applying a proven sales approach, and focusing on one-call closes. The success of this role is driven by your ability to empathize with potential customers while maintaining a high level of professionalism and efficiency.

Position:
- Full-time
- Hybrid - 2 days in the office, 3 days from home
- Monday - Friday 9a-5p + whatever necessary to achieve KPIs
Reports to:
- CEO
Primary Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation
- Identifying potential customers using online tools, social media, and CRM systems.
- Building a pipeline of qualified leads through research and outreach.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
- Sales Presentations and Demos
- Conducting virtual sales presentations or product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Explaining the value and benefits of the product or service.
- Negotiation and Closing Deals
- Preparing and presenting quotes or proposals.
- Negotiating terms to close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Follow-Up and Account Management
- Following up after sales to ensure successful on-boarding or implementation.
- Upselling or cross-selling additional products and services.
- Reporting and Documentation
- Updating CRM tools with customer interactions, sales progress, and forecasts.
- Preparing and submitting sales reports to management.
- Collaboration
- Working closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Sharing customer feedback to improve product offerings or services.
- Meeting Sales Goals
- Setting and achieving weekly, monthly, or quarterly sales targets.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Participating in ongoing sales training and development programs.
- Attending virtual team meetings and contributing to strategy discussions.
Qualifications:
Compensation:
- $4,000 monthly salary for first three months
- $4,000 monthly draw after
- *expect first commission check around month 6 and consistency thereafter
- On Target Earnings - $120,000
