Inside Sales Representative - LaSalle Network

Are you a results-driven individual with a passion for sales? We are seeking an enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join our client's dynamic team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for building relationships with customers and vendors, managing orders and providing excellent customer service. This role is primarily desk-based, with occasional on-site tasks. This role will be 100% onsite in Elmhurst, IL.

Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers and vendors via email and phone to address inquiries and provide quotes
• Enter quotes and orders into the company's computer system
• Handle various inside sales tasks with occasional visits to the shop for on-site tasks
• Contribute to a team-oriented environment where all staff members assist with answering phones
• Perform 95% desk work, focusing on personalized customer interaction and service

Inside Sales Representative Requirements:

• Must have experience in building and maintaining customer relationships beyond basic order entry, with a focus on providing quotes and personalized service
• Proficiency in Outlook 365 and ERP software
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in an inside sales or business development role
• Strong communication and persuasion skills, both written and verbal
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
