Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Interact with customers to understand their insurance needs and offer customized solutions.
- In-Person Sales: Assist customers in person, providing information on available insurance policies and helping them choose the right coverage.
- Policy Management: Maintain accurate records of customer policies and ensure timely updates when necessary.
- Claims Handling: Guide clients through the claims process, offering support and assistance in filing claims.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent service to all clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on insurance products and industry trends to effectively communicate options to customers.
Requirements
- Licensing: Possess or be willing to obtain the required insurance licenses as per state regulations.
- Sales Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales, customer service, or a related field is advantageous but not required. We are willing to train a motivated candidate
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and close sales effectively.
- Goal-Oriented: A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and exceeding client expectations.
- Professionalism: Present a polished and professional image while representing the agency to clients and prospects.
