Job Details for Inside Sales Representative:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 11:00 AM-7:15 PM, plus one Saturday shift per month from 10:00 AM-3:00 PM (with a day off during the week).
- Work Arrangement: 4 days in-office, 1 day remote of your choice.
- Pay Rate: $24/hour + uncapped commissions.
- Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire.
- Handle inbound calls and warm leads to quote and sell personal lines insurance products, including auto and home policies.
- Deliver a consultative sales experience, helping clients make informed decisions.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all lines of business.
- Accurately document prospect information, quotes, and sales data into the system.
- College degree preferred; recent grads encouraged to apply
- Prior sales and/or insurance experience is a plus
- NJ Property & Casualty license is a plus
- Must obtain NJ Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License within first 4 weeks (training and sponsorship provided)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
