You'll be on the front lines of selling ATC’s TopRated Technical Training to Enterprise prospects.We are looking for genuinely caring, curious, tenacious team players with strongcommunication skills who are excited to be a part of a rapidly growing company.What you'll be doingAs an Inside Sales Representative, you'll be on the front lines of understandingour customers and prospects to help strengthen our market position and brandidentity. Your curiosity, persistence, empathy, and communication skills willhelp you engage with our leads and turn them into customers. * Converting leads through phone, text, and emails. * Converting leads and prospects to customers by scheduling private training classes. * Work collaboratively with our sales team to gain new leads and opportunities. * Educate customers on training offerings and services. * Communicate the value of ATC’s Technical Training through understanding of our prospect’s day-to-day challenges and goals. * Implementing strategic sales plans. * Manage follow-ups and customer satisfaction with urgency. * Manage leads and prospects in Salesforce CRM.Qualifications * High school diploma required * Understanding of technology and technical terms is a plus * Excellent written/verbal communication skills * Strong problem-solving skills * Motivation, drive, and a self-starting attitude * Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment * Good time management with strong organizational skills
