A recognized business serving the military, medical, and instrumentation sectors is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Specialist to support growth in key product lines and strategic initiatives through lead generation. For over fifty years, this awarded company has produced complex products to both start ups and established companies, making this a great opportunity for a self-motivated individual looking to grow in a great environment at a company with a platform for success.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- 4 year’s experience in a lead generation sales or sales support role
- 2 year’s experience with Module electronics products
- Salesforce including data migrations as well as CRM software, Salesforce Visual Force, and/or Apex Data Loader
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field of study
- Familiarity with lead generation techniques, lead management systems, and online marketing
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organize and execute lead generation activities utilizing search engines, AI, and other resources
- Collaborate with the National Sales Director to translate priorities and campaign concepts into technical execution
- Regularly update and maintain the Salesforce CRM database
- Develop customer profiles/buyer personas, and perform strategic reach outs through email, website, social media, and cold-calling efforts
- Maintain documentation of lead generation activities, outcomes, and strategies
- Generate regular reports, highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas for improvement
- Foster positive relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and ensuring a positive experience throughout the lead generation process
- A valid driver’s license and safe driving record (travel occasionally to meetings, trade shows, conferences, etc.)
