Purpose and Key Job Activities
The Inside Sales Representative, Shred-it Web New Business secures new business by selling scheduled and purge Secure Information Destruction and Compliance Service Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for growing revenue and profitability while meeting or exceeding established annual goals.
The Responsibilities:
" Plan and target Call Blocks to action pre-loaded leads throughout the week to demonstrate our capabilities in Secure Information Destruction and Compliance Solutions. Team members must build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
" Prospecting and business development skills to achieve new business goals and selling scheduled or purge Secure Information Destruction and Compliance Service Solutions (Including OSHA and HIPAA). Team Members must demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of products and services, as well as, the value proposition for customers.
" Result-oriented with a sense of urgency
" Builds and sustains strong, trusting relationships with new customers.
" Motivated by success
" Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned
Education & Experience
" Post-secondary education, major in business, sales, and marketing preferred but not required.
" Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in business-to-business sales.
" Have a consultative sales approach
" Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
" Self-starter attitude, driven, and motivated.
" Experience with the Microsoft Office suite of products, and strong internet skills.
" Ability to sit for up to eight (8) hours per day.
" Ability to operate a personal computer.
" Ability to talk regularly over the phone with customers and co-workers up to eight (8) hours per day
