Inside Sales Representative - Building Materials
Our Opportunity
Provide inside sales support for our U.S. sales group with a focus on lead generation management, prospecting, data analysis and marketing support for revenue growth and market penetration.
Key duties include:
- Qualify incoming phone call leads and incoming email leads by vetting the requests, researching firms, comparing to national lists and internal tracking tools.
- Develop prioritized hand off process to sales team with help and direction from the Director of Sales.
- Assist in developing sales and training and handouts to educate customer base.
- Promote and increase product awareness through phone conversations and e-mail communications.
- Confer or consult with the marketing department to plan advertising services and to secure information on products and customer specifications.
Ideal candidate should have:
- Have 5 years in building product sales management.
- Able to quickly build trusted, honest relationships with current and new customers at multiple levels within a business.
- Quickly take action on customer concerns, investigate situations and recommend solutions.
