JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a motivated and results driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads and securing meetings for all divisions of United Security Inc. This role is crucial in driving our business growth and expanding our client base throughout the Northeast Region.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media, etc..
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between potential clients and our sales team.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and detailed information on leads and client interactions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective lead generation strategies.
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
- Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and outcomes to the sales manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- College degree in business, marketing, communications, finance or related field of study -OR – applicable work experience
- Proven work or internship experience in business sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools such as ZoomInfo.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the security service industry is a plus.
