Inside Sales Representative - Selectek, Inc.

Selectek is looking for an Inside Salesperson who has a background in technical sales in the Birmingham, AL area.

Required:

• 3-5 years related experience including experience with technical products.
• Expert utilization of ERP system required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software including proficiency in Excel.

Preferred:

• Answers inquiries from clients concerning products while promoting the company products.
• Provides information, quotes, credit terms, and other bid specifications to clients.
• Periodically prepares and reports sending results and leads to manager.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Follow ups on the quote status.

Job order:  They are looking for an inside salesperson to support the outside sales team. The candidate would be answering the customer calls, providing quotes, credit terms, and bid specification with the help of the outside sales team.  They would help resolve complaints and issues.  They need at least 3 years of technical sales and experience with an ERP system or Syteline systems. 

This person will be paid hourly with an opportunity for overtime and bonuses.  The bonus is paid for the previous month.  If their goals are met, they are paid up to $2 more per hour based on the number of hours worked the previous month.

Pay range:  $21.63/hour - $26.44/hour
Term of assignment: Direct Hire
Pay method when direct:  hourly plus OT and bonus
Hours and shift: 7AM - 4:30PM CST
