Your New Role

As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in helping families access healthier water solutions. You’ll build relationships, educate customers, and guide them to find the best water purification systems for their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate customers’ water quality and recommend tailored solutions.

• Follow a proven sales process to educate customers about water filtration benefits.

• Schedule and prepare customers for installation appointments.

• Accurately update and maintain customer records in Salesforce.

• Follow up on unclosed leads to maximize opportunities.

• Collaborate with the team by attending weekly sales meetings and training.

• 1-2 years of sales or related experience preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of professional experience.

• Proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office preferred.
