Job Summary:
We are looking for a driven and experienced Inside Sales Representative with 2-3 years of successful sales experience. This role is perfect for a self-motivated individual who excels in cold calling, deal closing, and has the confidence to perform without the need for extensive sales training. Your focus will be on identifying and engaging potential clients, leading discovery calls, and closing sales efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cold Calling: Use targeted lists to reach potential clients in the home services industry, including plumbers, HVAC companies, and roofing contractors.
- Discovery Calls: Schedule and conduct discovery calls to assess client needs, present tailored solutions, and guide prospects through the sales process.
- Closing Sales: Confidently close deals and secure new business, with minimal post-sale relationship management required.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, with the opportunity to significantly surpass the $200,000 earnings mark.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and outcomes in our CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-3 years of inside sales experience, preferably in a related industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Skills: Strong cold calling, negotiation, and closing abilities, with the capacity to work independently and efficiently.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, able to clearly convey value propositions and build rapport quickly.
- Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
