Inside Sales Representative / Appointment Setter - Granite Transformations

Granite Transformations & Bath Planet of Jacksonville is looking for an outstanding Inside Sales Representative/Appointment Setter to answer the phones, manage customer inquiries, qualify sales leads, schedule sales appointments, and facilitate other sales tasks as needed.

This person will be the customer service contact with both existing and prospective clients.

Qualifications:

- Positive attitude and customer service mindset

- Self motivated, driven individual

- Professional, energetic and a strong brand ambassador for the company

- Maintaining flexibility and adaptability in an ever-changing work environment

- Critical thinker with the ability to effectively develop solutions

- Team player

- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft tools

- Rotate Saturday shifts in office

- Organized and detail oriented
 

Job Type: Part Time (25-35 hours p/week depending on rotation below)

Salary: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday

• Tuesday to Friday 1pm - 7pm
• Saturday 8:30a - 3:30p
