Job Summary: We are looking for a self-motivated and resourceful Inside Sales Representative to support our Regional Manager(s). This role is pivotal in driving the success of our sales initiatives by managing dealer accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting in the execution of strategic sales plans. This position offers flexibility to work remotely or in a hybrid setup if located near Anaheim, CA, with occasional travel (<5%).
Key Responsibilities:
- Dealer Account Management: Assist in managing dealer accounts, providing ongoing support and ensuring dealer satisfaction.
- Sales Support: Aid the Regional Manager in prospecting, developing, and managing dealer relationships.
- Training & Development: Facilitate training sessions for dealer representatives on Waev systems and value propositions.
- Market Analysis: Identify and analyze market opportunities to enhance dealer coverage and effectiveness.
- Customer Engagement: Support the Regional Manager in engaging with end customers and driving regional brand awareness.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular updates to the Regional Manager.
Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a sales role, preferably in business-to-business (B2B) sales.
- Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent customer service abilities.
- Proficient in calculating figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages.
- Exceptional time-management and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated bias for action, especially in uncertain situations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the electric vehicle industry or related fields.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Understands dealer retail models.
- Previous experience with remote work environments.
