Inside Sales Representative

Van Beek Natural Science is seeking a dedicated Inside Sales Representative to join our team in New York, NY territory. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth for our natural pet products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Will be the main point of contact for customers, answering inquiries and providing product recommendations
• Process orders and manage customer accounts with attention to detail and accuracy
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product line to effectively educate customers
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business

Qualifications:

• Prior sales experience preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for pets and natural health solutions
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
