Inside Sales Rep - Support - CR&R

BASIC JOB DUTIES: To solicit and maintain new customer. Heavy cold calling, follow up, and sales retention, Account management will be required to maintain and up sell house accounts. Represent and present sales and service ideas to potential customers.

SKILLS REQUIRED (MINIMUM): 2-4 years of proven sales success from within the waste disposal & recycling industry. Computer and typing skills. Likes working with people. Punctuality and good attitude. Ability to speak, write, and understand English. Able to follow detailed instructions.

PERFERRED EXPERIENCE / SKILLS:  Spanish speaking a plus. Previous customer service experience. Basic knowledge of business computer programs. Refuse industry experience.
