Social Media Sales Representative for a National Bank
Hire Up Staffing is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Social Media Sales Representative to join our team in the Stockton area! This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading national bank, helping businesses understand and benefit from our services.

What Youll Do:
- Engage with Prospective Clients: Email and communicate with businesses that are signing up or have shown interest in our services.
- Train and Explain: Educate potential merchant clients about our service costs and fees.
- Guide Clients: Assist clients through the application process for our services.
- Maintain Relationships: Follow up with clients to sustain relationships and obtain referrals.
- Generate Leads: Prospect through social media and online resources to create your own set of leads.
- Document and Report: Log all client interactions and provide status updates or reports as requested.
- Craft Personalized Pitches: Develop customized sales pitches and email templates.
- Stay Positive and Professional: Maintain a positive attitude and high morale, being assertive yet respectful.
- Overcome Objections: Address and overcome objections presented during the sales process.
- Meet Goals: Achieve daily and monthly targets set by your manager.
- Adapt to Change: Stay updated with industry changes and adapt to different personality types.
- Communicate Closely: Maintain close communication with your manager and adhere to internal company policies.
- Uphold Integrity: Represent the company with the highest level of integrity.
What Were Looking For:
- 2 years of in-side (office) Sales experience (preferred).
- At least 1 year of recent experience in an administrative office setting.
- Knowledge of social media sites including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter aka X.
