A Day in the Life as a Sales Rep at Monarch
As an appointment setter and sales rep at Monarch Inventory Services, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts and ensuring the seamless management of client relationships.
Here are the core responsibilities for this role:
- Qualify Inbound Leads: You will assess and evaluate incoming leads to ensure they meet Monarch Inventory Services' target criteria, focusing on high-potential prospects for the sales team.
- Nurture Existing Leads: You will maintain regular communication with prospects through calls and emails to build strong relationships, address inquiries, and keep them engaged throughout the sales process.
- Manage and Maintain Accurate Data: You will enter, update, and ensure the accuracy of all lead information within the CRM system, facilitating seamless access and use by the sales team.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team: You will work closely with sales closers by providing detailed insights about qualified leads, ensuring smooth handoffs, and supporting the overall sales strategy.
- Enhance Lead Management Processes: You will identify and implement lead qualification and workflow improvements, leveraging new tools and strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:
- 13 years in a sales, lead generation, or a customer-facing role, with proven success in qualifying and nurturing leads.
- Strong verbal and written communication to build trust and rapport with prospects.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple leads and meet deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate data, generate insights, and refine lead management strategies.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and email marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Adaptable and receptive to feedback, with a resilient attitude toward challenges.
- Empathetic and committed to delivering outstanding client care.

- Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on data accuracy and reliability.
- Familiarity with B2B sales processes or the inventory management industry is a plus.
Benefits
We offer a competitive base salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience, and incentive compensation of up to $25,000 per year based on performance.
