Position Overview
Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an enthusiastic and driven Inside Sales Representative to join a dynamic team in California. This role is crucial in building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and eager to contribute to the success of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and digital outreach.
- Conduct research to identify organizations that would benefit from UCM's services.
- Conduct thorough research to understand potential clients' businesses, challenges, and needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact and addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Bill Auditing and Operations, to tailor solutions to meet client needs and drive sales opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, contracts, and findings presentations to key decision-makers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize client value and company revenue.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress.

Benefits
Competitive pay ranging from $24 to $26 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
