Inside Sales Rep - PrideStaff

Inside Sales Representative needed for innovative healthcare organization in Southern Palm Beach County.  Come join our client, the Corporate Headquarters for progressive Healthcare company.

The successful Inside Sales candidate is able to work in a fast-paced, structured environment, with established standards, guidelines and procedures. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to maintain composure and patience while speaking with patients and physicians. 

• $20/hr. to start 
• 11:15 am - 8:00 pm, Monday - Friday.

Requirements for this Customer Service Role include: 

• Displays professional telephone etiquette and ability to use advanced phone systems.
• While not required, foreign language fluency may be considered a plus.
• Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and manage objectives with little supervision.
• Types with speed and accuracy, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of modern office procedures.
• Prior experience with various call center solutions a plus.

Computer Skills:  

• Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, and Word.  
• Prior experience with various call center solutions a plus.  
• Able to learn new software easily.
