Job Description Summary
As an Inside Sales Quality Assurance Associate, you will be responsible for measuring the customer service performance of our branch staff members by calling locations and posing as a customer. Each call will be recorded, evaluated, and available as training and coaching tools for our field leadership team members.
Candidates seeking a hybrid or remote position will be considered.

Must be able to bend, squat, crouch and/or reach and lift up to 25 pounds or more, as required by the job. Some Sunbelt jobs may require driving for long periods of time, loading and unloading heavy equipment, performing work in extreme weather conditions including rain, wind, or excessive temperatures and/or night and weekend work. All duties must be performed according to Sunbelt's safety policies and guidelines. Reasonable accommodations may be made to comply with ADA/ADAAA.

Base Pay Range: $16.80 - 23.10

Job Description Summary

Position Responsibilities:
- Complete outbound calls to locations assigned by your supervisor
- Prepare scenario-based calls
- Score calls based on a set customer service criterion
- Track and record each call using Sunbelt's internal recording system
- Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- High school graduate or GED
- Industry experience a plus
- Strong communication/phone skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented and organized
- Computer literate
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Creative, energetic and self-starter
