Prepare for Success - PFS is a Tele-Services company that works with Organizations in Pharmaceuticals, Medical Device, Animal Health, Telecommunications, Consumer-Packaged Goods, and Consumer Health care. Do you want to work for a Company that will grow you professionally?
We currently have Full Time and Part Time positions for an Inside Sales Team in Healthcare. Team Leadership and Inside Sales experience preferred. Animal health experience especially in the Large Animal sector would be welcome.

Overview: The Inside Sales - Awareness Team will be discussing / sending information about the availability of our client's portfolio of products, to their customers.
- This is an hourly position. Full-Time ISR's needed but will consider part-time Flex positions as well. We are flexible to your scheduling needs if you are a serious, dedicated, professional.
- There is a comprehensive Training period that is provided by our Client and through our Company Sales Training Program. You must be motivated to learn, and to grow as a businessperson.
- Positions start with a 6–9-month contract, and we expect it to be extended.
- Continuous on-the-job training occurs with Sales Executives, our clients training team, and our Sales Training Team.
- Our hands-on Executive Management / Training team will help you grow and succeed.
Qualifications:
- Do you have a High School degree? Some College? An Associate’s Degree? We strongly encourage you to apply.
- A Desire to be on the job and learn the Animal Healthcare Industry, and our Clients portfolio of products is necessary to be successful.
- Previous Inside Sales and Animal health experience would be ideal, but we will consider candidates with a diverse Inside Sales background.
- Conduct Sales / Awareness calls on established accounts within the U.S. and establish a strong working relationship.
- Consistently promote the features and benefits of our client and their products through personal detailing efforts and regular contact within assigned territory.
- Ensure all sales call activity and information is documented in our CRM.
- Willing to be trained and coached on a proven sales process.
- Strong, reliable work ethic committed to achieving daily sales! Showing up is 99% of the job!
Job Type: Part-time to Full-time potential
- Hourly Range: $18.00 – $24.00 depending on experience
