Responsibilities
Inside Sales: Actively cross-sell current customers and generate leads & referrals to expand the client base while meeting sales targets.
Policy Reviews: Review and analyze existing policies to identify potential gaps in coverage and suggest appropriate modifications.
Client Support: Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
Continual Learning: Stay updated on insurance industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes, and the latest professional sales tips & training (which we will provide!).
Requirements
Licensing: Must possess a valid state insurance license in your resident state for property and casualty.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales is preferred.
Customer-Focused: Strong customer service orientation with a genuine desire to help and serve clients.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients remotely.
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet or exceed performance goals.
Technologically Proficient: Comfortable using remote communication tools and CRM software for client interactions, record-keeping, and follow-ups..
