Job Details

Responsibilities:

Managing and processing customer orders from initiation to delivery.
Providing exceptional customer service via phone and email, ensuring all inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
Resolving customer complaints and queries efficiently and effectively.
Collaborating with the production team to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
Maintaining a thorough understanding of our product range, including plastics and other materials.
Developing strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction.
Providing feedback to the team and management on customer needs, problems, interests, and potential for new products.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role within a manufacturing environment.
Proven experience in packaging and handling plastics.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional phone manner.
Proficiency in using email and other digital communication tools.
A customer-focused approach with a genuine desire to provide excellent service.
