Overview: PromoCentric is seeking a motivated and industry experienced Inside Sales Manager to lead our inside sales team and account managers. The Inside Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by overseeing all aspects of inside sales operations, focusing on both proactive business development and exceptional client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of inside sales representatives and account managers, setting clear goals, providing guidance, and ensuring performance targets are met.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
- Foster a culture of proactivity and creativity within the sales team, encouraging proactive outreach to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and secure referrals.
- Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to evaluate performance and implement improvements as needed.
- Coach and mentor team members, providing ongoing training and development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with marketing, product management, and other departments to optimize sales efforts and support cross-functional initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and keep abreast of industry changes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience (5 years) in inside sales management, with a track record of successfully leading and motivating a sales team.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques, with a focus on proactive business development and relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and team members.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Results-oriented mindset with a strong customer service orientation.
- Experience in the promotional products industry or related field is a plus.
