Our client is looking for an experienced professional to lead a high-performing team handling inbound and outbound sales efforts while managing strategic partner relationships. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and have a proven track record in sales management, this role is for you!
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage a team of inbound sales representatives.
- Oversee high volume inbound call activities and ensure seamless support for assigned regional territories.
- Execute targeted outbound call campaigns (1–2 hours daily) to nurture medical rep referrals.
- Build and maintain relationships with key partner channels, including distributors.
Who You Are:
- Have a a history of growth from individual contributor to management.
- Relatable to team members and adept at leading client-facing teams across territories.
- Experienced in fostering collaborative relationships with partners and achieving revenue goals.
