Overview:
We are seeking an Inside Sales Manager who will primarily work remotely, with occasional office presence, to lead our dynamic sales team. This role involves not only coaching and supervising our inside sales representatives but also managing vendor relationships and personally engaging in sales activities promoting ADT's core residential products: Home Security and Home Automation.

Responsibilities:
Cultivate and expand partnerships with industry vendors/partners
Meet or exceed personal sales targets while supporting team members
Provide training, coaching, and daily motivation to the team
Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics
Address team attrition to ensure long-term success
Additional Duties:
Communicate effectively with the team via phone and group chats
Conduct regular in-person sales meetings and provide real-time coaching
Perform other duties as assigned by Regional Sales Management
Requirements:
3+ years of Inside Sales experience, with supervisory experience preferred
Proficiency with technical devices and CRM software
Strong leadership and motivational skills

Training Details:
Selected candidates will undergo a 3-week mandatory sales/management training at our corporate headquarters in Kansas City, Missouri. Safe Haven will cover all associated travel expenses.
