Summary:
The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for leading and coaching the inside sales team in forging strong and lasting partnerships with manufactured home dealerships, manufactured home communities, and other strategic partners, including relators.

Summary:
The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for leading and coaching the inside sales team in forging strong and lasting partnerships with manufactured home dealerships, manufactured home communities, and other strategic partners, including relators.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the inside sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base and ensure its strong presence in the market.
- Oversee as well as present training sessions via teams with new Manufactured Home (MH) partners regarding all that autoMHatic Finance has to offer. (Partner Deck)
- Experience hiring and growing a sales team
- Setting/establishing/maintaining KPI’s
- Ability to motivate, lead, coach, and develop an inside sales team both onsite and in remote offices
- Willingness and desire to advance within the organization
- Strong communication skills with all levels of internal and external customers
- Review marketing material for effective utilization by the Inside Sales Team
In this role, you will be responsible for the following functions:
- Player-coach
- Manage as well as maintain ongoing referral source relationships from partners
- Direct and oversee inbound phone calls from manufactured home partners in obtaining information on partnering with autoMHatic Financial.
- Up-to-date knowledge of constantly changing lending programs and underwriting guidelines as well as a base understanding of the loan products offered by the company
- Oversee the appointments made by the Inside Sales team for the Area Sales Manager as appropriate for effectiveness and efficiency
- Provide guidance, coaching, and training to inside sales representatives to enhance their sales skills, product knowledge, and customer relationship management.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities to adjust strategies and tactics accordingly.
- Consultative selling through solicitation
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Experience in the Business to Business space
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of building and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with internal teams and external partners.
- Experience with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be a sales-oriented self-starter with excellent communication skills
- Meet team KPIs for Inside Sales Team including outbound calls, training appointments, and applications
- Call center experience peak
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- A thorough knowledge of available loan products and programs.
- Manufactured Home (MH) experience preferred but not required
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field is a plus
- Inside Sales experience
- Call center environment preferred
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
- Monday to Friday
- 40 hours per week/day shift
- $75,000 annual base
- Performance-based bonuses and incentives
- Full-time – Exempt
