Our organization, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Permanent Inside Sales Representative. This position plays a pivotal role in the success of our business, acting as the primary point of contact between our company and its clients. The successful candidate will have a strong background in inside sales, with a particular focus on the chemical and gas sectors. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our company's growth and success while developing your skills and expertise in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Inside Sales Representative, you will:
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to expand sales.
2. Leverage your knowledge of the chemical and gas sectors to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
3. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies to reach target markets and increase sales.
4. Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.
5. Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients, highlighting the benefits of our products and services.
7. Work closely with the production team to ensure timely delivery of products.
8. Participate in sales meetings, providing updates and feedback to the team and management.
9. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the Permanent Inside Sales Representative role, you must have:
1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, preferably within the chemical and gas sectors.
2. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
3. Strong knowledge of the manufacturing industry, with a particular focus on chemicals and gases.
4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
5. The ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
8. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
