Your Role:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Retention Specialist: Work with existing customers at the time of renewal to review their accounts and resign them for another term. Conduct an annual review of accounts to look for renewal and upsell opportunities.
- Project Oversight: Oversee the project once a contract has been signed; track the progress and confirm billing updates were executed.
- Billing Expert: Help solve billing "mysteries" and work with carriers to ensure that our customers are billed fairly and accurately.
- Relationship Building: Quote, sell and own the relationship with new, smaller accounts.
What You Bring:
- Experience: 1-2 years in telecom sales or customer-focused roles like marketing, event promotion, or outside sales.
- Communication: Superior interpersonal and communication skills that inspire trust and excitement.
- Motivation: Be driven by success and ready to pursue every sales opportunity with determination.
- Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
- Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to understanding and solving customer challenges.

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
