Many of the products we distribute are already sitting in your home. **Your role here** Due to steady growth TricorBraun Flex is seeking to add a hybrid Customer Service/ Inside Sales Representative. To be a good fit, this individual must be a self-starter, energetic, and great teammate. The role ties directly to our customer retention (service) and acquisition (inside sales). This individual must be comfortable taking inbound customer service calls (orders, inquiries, service issues etc.) while also making outbound business-to-business sales calls. **Responsibilities as follows:** + Supporting new and existing client projects and incoming sales enquiries from prospective clients. + Sending price quotations, product samples and marketing literature to customers. + Building long-term profitable relationships with existing and prospective clients. + Monitoring customer sales, identifying any significant evolutions and taking appropriate follow up actions. + Communicating with customers to establish future product demand and planning supply. + Identifying and creating profitable up selling opportunities and suggesting new or alternative products and sending appropriate samples and prices as necessary. **What you can expect from us** Because we're a well-known and respected leader in packaging, we have many opportunities here.
