Responsibilities:
Duties may include, but are not limited to:
· Provide customer services support by answering questions; forwarding messages to the dedicated individual/department
· Create spreadsheets of prospective client data and manage leads data
· Maintain customer records by updating account information regularly
· Assist in business development activities, such as direct mailings, prepare for conferences/training meetings
· Forward information by receiving and distributing communications; collecting and mailing correspondence; copying information. (per approval)
· Submit and reconcile expense reports
· Prepare and distribute monthly reports on client information such as daily call reports and weekly work plans
· Assist in maintaining relationship with existing Franchisees by proactively contacting them via e-mail
· Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
· Minimum of Bachelor’s degree
· Passion for sales; prior sales, customer relation or relevant experience is a plus
· Excellent writing and computer (Microsoft Office) skills
· Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skill
· Customer-focused
· Attention to details
