Summary: This is an Entry-Level Role that requires skills in customer relations, verbal communication and technical ability.
We are seeking a motivated, self-starter who can handle both phone and email requests. In this position you will be responsible for property reservations, using the computer to maintain customer accounts, processing payment transactions, sending out confirmation emails and ensuring all the information is correct and updated.

Responsibilities:
- Creates invoices and manages incoming payments together with Accounting Department
- Issues and creates all Prize Letter redemptions
- Troubleshoots all pending travel agent commissions together with hotel operations team
- Manages the travel agent incentive programs together with the Specialists
- Create hotel reservations for travel agents
- Create invoices for events and incentive programs
- Create and manage Salesforce agent profiles
- Provide outstanding customer service to all via email and phone
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication, organization, written and guest relations skills
- Must have a valid passport for potential travel
- Preferred knowledge in Salesforce and Opera
- Phone and email etiquette is required
Background:
- Preferred: Minimum one year office experience, preferably in an operational environment
