Position Summary
The Inside Sales Coordinator provides internal support to the Terrasmart Outside Sales Representatives through managing relationships with current or prospective customers, working with the Sales Team on presentations, reporting, data collection, and project data analysis.
PrimaryAccountabilities (Essential Duties)
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers through email and phone, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Salesforce Opportunity Management: Manage and update sales opportunities in Salesforce, track project status, and provide updates to the Sales Team and leadership.
- Sales Proposal Coordination: Collaborate with Sales Representatives to prepare accurate sales proposals and assist in quoting renewable energy projects.
- Project Closing and Handoff: Lead project closings, ensuring smooth transitions to the implementation team with clear communication and proper documentation.
- Liaison Between Teams and Customers: Facilitate communication between internal teams, Sales Representatives, and customers, ensuring alignment on expectations and timelines.
- Sales Team Support: Assist the Sales Team in closing deals, preparing presentation materials, and optimizing sales efforts.

Education/Experience (an equivalent combination of education and/or experience required to successfully complete the primary accountabilities is indicated below)
- Associates Degree in Business Administration or related
- 2 Years of Experience in Inside Sales
- 1 Years of Experience in Renewable Energy Industry, preferred
Technical Skills
Microsoft Suite, Outlook, Salesforce
Work Conditions
Environment: Hybrid Home/Office
Travel: 10%
