As they continue to grow, we are seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
Job Overview: Our client is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and enhance customer experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales orders, coordinating with customers, and assisting in product selection, all while maintaining excellent communication between the sales team and other departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming sales inquiries and customer orders.
- Provide expert product information and recommendations to customers, assisting with selecting the right hardwood flooring solutions for their needs.
- Manage and process orders from initial inquiry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Assist with generating quotes, pricing, and proposals for clients.
- Maintain customer records and sales data in our CRM system.
- Track and monitor inventory levels, working with the logistics team to ensure product availability.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and market conditions.
Qualifications:
- Flooring experience required (contractor, retail, wholesale, or manufacturer)
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with CRM software is a plus.
