As one of the leading international relocation firms in the region, they excel in ensuring safe, secure, and efficient packing, transportation, storage, and unpacking for all types of international moves.
They are now seeking an Inside Moving Sales Consultant to be based in their Dulles, VA office. In this role, you will conduct Virtual Surveys for clients moving locally, across state lines, and internationally.
You will be provided with prospective client appointments and company-paid leads. You will also be responsible for driving your own business growth through effective business development and networking.
Additionally, you will promote the company to homeowners, renters, realtors, and other potential revenue generators, fostering relationships and identifying new moving opportunities.

Responsibilities:
• Performs on-time, accurate surveys, with written estimates to prospective customers who are planning to move locally, Interstate, or Internationally.
• Adheres to company pricing guidelines and standards.
• Offers company services through meetings and builds a referral portfolio by attending networking meeting/events.
• Continually develops, creates, and manages a robust sales pipeline, which includes involvement in lead development through a CRM System.
• Submits paperwork in a completed and timely manner to the assigned moving coordinator and consistently works alongside the coordinator to help support service needs, answer questions, or resolve issues throughout the relocation process.
• Remains in contact with the customers to help deliver exceptional services and to provide each customer with total satisfaction. Drives for retaining a 5-star review from every client after the completion of their move.
• Meets performance standards and goal objectives.
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Active Driver’s License and vehicle to use during working hours
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Customer Service Databases
• Detailed oriented with excellent communication skills & presentation capabilities
• High Energy, positive attitude with a strong work ethic, able to work in a team environment
• Professionals who are self-motivated with the ability to produce.
• The ability to prospect new clients and lines of business – willing to cold-call
• Must be respectful, honest, and disciplined
• Must successfully pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug test
