What You'll Do:
- Engage with Potential Customers: Connect with homeowners who have shown interest in our top-notch products through outbound calls and inbound inquiries.
- Drive Sales: Use our proven sales methodology to provide detailed information about our window and door projects, including features, pricing, and benefits.
- Meet Targets: Achieve quality, productivity, and turnaround time expectations.
- Convert Appointments: Highlight the value of in-home consultations and schedule appointments for our sales representatives.
- Experience: 1+ years in Inside Sales and/or Call Center roles.
- Flexibility: Ability to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.
