Your Role: As an Inside Sales Center Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to deliver outstanding service to our prospective clients. You’ll lead a dynamic team, driving performance and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.

- Methodology Implementation: Showcase your expertise by handling inbound calls and adhering to our methodology.

- Performance Meetings: Start each shift with a brief, impactful session to celebrate successes and address areas for improvement.
- Reporting and Tracking: Keep performance reporting up to date, tracking hours and bonuses.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external partners to ensure effective communication.
- Problem Resolution: Take ownership of resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction within your team.
- Follow-Up: Respond promptly to voicemails and inquiries, ensuring no question goes unanswered.
