About the Job
Compensation:
$65,000 - $80,000+ annually
Responsibilities:- Update customer database regularly to provide the most up-to-date client information to the sales team
- Expand the clientele by finding new business opportunities within specific geographies
- Assess and send qualified leads to inbound sales representatives so they can convert clients and provide quick turnaround
- Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achieved
- Prospect potential customers via cold calling, email, or other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more qualified leads
We receive hundreds of fresh inbound leads every week, your job is to:
- Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible and to provide an exceptional customer service experience
- Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls or other forms of communication in order to generate appointments for our buyer and listing Agents
- Hone your skills/knowledge base by attending regular team/sales meetings, script practice/role plays with the team, and training to stay up to date on real estate trends, laws, and best practices
- Update our database of prospective clients to make sure all levels and departments have access to the most accurate information
- Track your personal performance and key performance indicators as associated with converting leads and setting appointments
- Make money!
- Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process
- Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field
- High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
- Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car
