An Addison Group client is looking for a Business Development Associate to join their team in the Philadelphia market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive business growth by increasing the client base.
- Achieve or surpass budget goals with an emphasis on weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance metrics for the business development team.
- Generate client referrals from existing clients, field staff, and service coordinators.
- Maintain and update the CRM system to track new client enrollments each month.
- Develop and nurture referral sources through daily outreach efforts.
- Represent the organization in a professional and knowledgeable manner within the healthcare industry.
- Collaborate with the Business Development Lead to strategize and schedule daily and weekly goals to maintain progress.
- Provide compassionate, problem-solving support to clients and caregivers using company services.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
- Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills; adept at problem-solving.

- Proficient phone and customer service skills.
- Demonstrates empathy in caring for clients and their families.
- Computer literate, including the use of Microsoft Office suite, EMR systems, and online resources in line with company policy.
- Experience with HHAeXchange is a plus.
- Capable of managing time and resource demands independently and prioritizing tasks.
- Works effectively as part of a team.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- At least 1 year of experience in a home care setting.
- Minimum 1 year of experience managing financial outcomes in home care services.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the local home care market.
- At least 2 years of customer service experience.
