Job Summary:
As an Inside Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth by managing inbound and outbound sales activities for our respiratory diagnostic solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with healthcare providers, understand their needs, and provide solutions that enhance patient care. This position requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Respond to incoming inquiries from potential and existing customers, providing information about our products and services, and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify new sales leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct virtual product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the features and benefits of our respiratory diagnostic solutions to healthcare professionals.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team in managing the sales pipeline, tracking customer interactions, and updating CRM systems with accurate and timely information.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and field sales teams to coordinate promotional activities, lead generation efforts, and customer outreach.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales activity reports to management, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Role Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may substitute for education.
- Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related role, preferably in the medical technology or healthcare industry.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
- Sales Skills: Basic understanding of sales principles and practices, with a desire to learn and develop sales skills.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
