Inside Sales Associate - The Bay Family of Companies

Bay Insulation of Wisconsin in Green Bay, WI is looking to hire a full-time Inside Sales Associate. Would you like to work for a company that values their employees with a supportive team environment? If you have sales experience, then we may have the opportunity for you!

The Inside Sales Associate will be responsible for customer service, office administration, and sales support. Provide customer service via answering phone calls and customer inquiries to provide timely and accurate updates on orders and quotes. Assist with office duties including completing paperwork, order entry, and other office work as requested.

The job responsibilities include:

• Handlessales calls/emails with existing and potential newcustomers.
• Provides accurateproduct quotes.
• Submits customer orders.
• Verifiesall orders are accurate and meets the customer's delivery expectations.
• Maintains a project log andfollows up on customer accounts.
• Communicates with District Manager in regard tocustomer accounts, pricing, project updates, and competitor info.

The qualifications for the position include inside sales or customer service experience within the manufacturing/construction industries and the ability to understand metal building drawings, architectural blueprints, and other specifications.
