Inside Sales Associate at The Chad Schwendeman Real Estate Group

We’re looking for an outgoing inside sales representative to help us smash our sales goals! You’ll help us generate leads by prospecting potential clients and add qualified leads to the sales funnel. $45,000 - $65,000 Salary + Commission

Responsibilities:

• Assess and send qualified leads to inbound sales representatives so they can convert clients and provide quick turnaround
• Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achieved
• Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipeline
• Work within your specific geography to find new business opportunities
• Maintain the client database to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leads

Qualifications:

• Current U.S. driver’s license and the ability to travel by car
• High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
• Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills
• Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process
• Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field
