About the Job
We are seeking a full time Inside Sales Associate to join our growing team.
The Inside Sales Associate will be consistent, patient, methodical, poised, persistent, and have an aggressive yet tactful personality. The Inside Sales Associate (ISA) position involves following up with e-lead and phone inquiries from potential clients who show interest in selling their home, buying a home, or both. The ISA is the first point of contact for our team. They will make live appointments from customers calling or emailing into our office. Lead coordination will require not only an administrative mind, but also a sales orientation and have training or extensive prior experience in sales, preferably including communication through email, text, and over the phone. A strong ISA will take stewardship of our leads and actively work to maximize their effectiveness at converting them into an appointment in a high-performance environment. They must be disciplined about their time and task-focused to successfully complete their work. We expect our team members to grow and learn month-over-month. This position will require working evenings and on Saturday and Sunday.
Responsibilities:
- Records, sources, assigns, and tracks leads
- Manages cultivation of leads from acquisition to conversion
- First point of contact in handling customer inquiries
- Follow-up with leads and computer input
- Hand off leads for appointments to listing and buyer consultants
Who we are looking for:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Contact Management Software (CRM), Salesforce experience preferred
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Highly adaptable, calm under pressure
- Goal oriented
- Data entry, follow-up, research
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school graduate, Bachelor's degree preferred
- One to three years' customer service and/or management experience
- Full-time, this position will work evenings and weekends
Job type: Full-time, a hybrid model of both in-office and remote work. Hours worked may vary between 40 to 50 hours per week in order to meet goals. Our hours of operation are 7 days a week, 8:30 AM EST – 9:30 PM EST. This position will require working evenings and on Saturday and Sunday.
