Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing Inside Sale team members and providing support for Outside Sales team
- Provide support to customers regarding product knowledge inquiries and escalated problem resolution
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of management experience
- Previous manufacturing inside sales experience
- Strong leadership skills, ambitious, confident, and self-motivated
