Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of sales, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening current customer relationships by accurately quoting and processing customer orders and requirements, assisting customers with managing delivery expectations and product availability, and dispute resolution. Work closely with the outside sales representative(s) upon securing customer contracts. The primary responsibilities of the position consist of, but are not limited to:
* Plan and organize daily / weekly work tasks as needed to engage both new and
existing customers.
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
* Execute sales analysis, prepare sales reports, and suggest improvements.
* Provides appropriate product information to meet the needs of individual customers, support upselling, and achieve sales targets.
* Relationship-building skills needed to grow and maintain sales pipelines.
* Access inventory systems to assist customers with availability information.
* Maintain constant communication with current and future customers including Korean contractors, maintaining the trust they have in the company and products.
* Utilize knowledge of industry trends, product capabilities, and service options to generate new opportunities.
* Work with managers to ensure customers meet their requirements and expectations.
* Provide prospects with information and advice on the company's products and services.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree required.
* A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an inside sales or technical sales role
* Verbal and written fluency in English and Korean.
* In-depth understanding of the sales administration process and Knowledge of cabling systems standing of the applicable industrial electrical standards (UL, ISA, IEEE, NEMA, etc.)
* Knowledge of power cables, wire, and electrical supplies
