About the Job
Job Summary: The main responsibilities of the Inside Sales Representative are to receive customer calls, provide customer service by receiving and inputting orders; working with existing customers to offer additional products and assist customers with complaints.

- Provide quality customer service.
- Receive incoming existing customer calls.
- Input orders from existing customers.
- Work with established customers to identify other product offerings including generic, chain generic, custom, event, and co-branding areas.
- Assist with customer complaints.
- Assist inside sales representative with usage calls, preparation of sales materials (sample pack, flyers, postcards, etc.), and other items as needed.
- Assist with tracking of appropriate chain reports as outlined by supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Two years' experience in customer service or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Prior phone sales experience preferred.
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Ability to read and understand instructions in English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter
- Organizational skills
- Ability to multitask
- Proficient in use of a personal computer including Microsoft office applications
- Team-oriented
