Job Details
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Inside Sales/Application Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. As an Inside Sales/Application Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, managing the sales process, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals
- Provide technical support to customers and answer their inquiries
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations to customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and achieve sales targets
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers
- Participate in trade shows and conferences to promote products and services
- Conduct product demonstrations and trainings for customers
- Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- 2+ years of experience in Inside Sales and Application Engineering in the Manufacturing industry
- Certification of PSAP, CMRP, MLA, MLT or equivalent a HUGE plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
