About the Job
Baird & Warner’s New Client Care Team (NCCT) is seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Agent (ISA) responsible for creating and nurturing relationships with potential clients. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, texts, emails, and chat inquiries from buyers, sellers, and renters. The ISA will utilize Cloze as our CRM, Dialpad for phone operations, Zenlist for property searches, and BombBomb for video messages. The candidate will follow up, qualify, engage, and nurture potential clients to set appointments for agents and introduce leads to our mortgage services. This can be a full-time or part-time position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Management & Nurturing:
- Utilize Cloze CRM to update, manage, and prioritize lead information.
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls using Dialpad to connect with potential clients.
- Nurture leads by providing relevant information and maintaining regular follow-ups.
- Client Engagement:
- Respond to inquiries and provide detailed information about properties and services utilizing platforms provided.
- Use Zenlist to search and present property options to clients.
- Implement scripts and dialogues to create qualified referrals, promoting the value proposition of the client-centric one-stop shopping concept including mortgage pre-approval with Key Mortgage and our recommended Baird & Warner Title vetted attorney.
- Appointment Setting:
- Schedule and document appointments for agents with potential buyers and sellers, ensuring all details are updated in Cloze CRM.
- Conduct lead follow-up and nurture opportunities until appointments are successfully set.
- Introduction to Mortgage Services:
- Introduce and connect leads to our mortgage partners.
- Use of Technology & Tools:
- Create and send engaging video messages using BombBomb to communicate with clients.
- Assist in testing new systems, strategies, and technologies for continuous improvement.
- Team Collaboration:
- Participate in daily huddles, meetings, and special events to discuss strategies and updates.
- Work closely with agents and support teams to ensure excellent client service and successful transactions.
Key Activities & Duties:
- Set and meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals as specified.
- Track all key business activities, measure conversion ratios, and meet performance benchmarks.
- Implement an “Ideal Day & Week” schedule to block time for goal-oriented activities.
- Engage in accountability coaching and attend necessary training.
- Call past clients and your sphere of influence to ask for referrals.
- Manage and update contact databases efficiently.
- Other miscellaneous duties as needed.
Requirements

- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends (at least one weekend day required, with occasional requirement to work both weekend days).
Qualifications:
- Must possess and maintain a current Illinois Broker Associate Real Estate License.
- Prior experience in sales or customer service, preferably within real estate.
- Proficiency with Cloze CRM, Dialpad, Zenlist, and BombBomb.
- Strong communication skills with a confident telephone voice and ability to build rapport.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- High level of motivation, coachable, with a mindset of continuous improvement.
- Outstanding computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, G Suite, and a capacity to quickly learn specialized programs.
